A graduate of Georgetown University with dual degrees in Finance and International Business, she began her career in finance before transitioning into real estate development more than 15 years ago. Since then, she has developed, managed, and overseen more than $40 million in real estate assets, gaining extensive experience in development, design, construction oversight, and property management.
As a licensed home improvement contractor, seasoned developer, and mother of two amazing children, Dorothea understands that a home is more than just a property—it is the backdrop for family life, milestones, and lasting memories. She knows firsthand the challenges of balancing work, family, and the countless responsibilities that come with owning and managing a home. With more than 30 years of experience structuring and negotiating complex transactions, Denise brings a proven ability to create new market opportunities, cultivate strong client relationships, and develop partnerships that drive exceptional results. Over the course of her career, including years reporting directly to the CEO of Viacom and negotiating high-level deals, she developed a sophisticated understanding of strategy, leadership, and value creation.
She combines this deep industry expertise with a personable, client-focused approach, representing both tenants and landlords as they navigate global commercial real estate decisions with confidence. Her work is grounded in strategic insight and a nuanced understanding of market dynamics across a diverse range of asset types.
Originally from California and a graduate of the University of Southern California, where she earned a degree in finance, Denise has been a long-time East Coast resident and currently lives in Old Greenwich, Connecticut with her family. Drawing on both professional and personal experience—including navigating family transitions, aging parents, and estate considerations—she supports buyers, sellers, and investors in making thoughtful, well-informed real estate decisions.

With over a decade of experience, Holly Fracassi specializes in downsizing, organizing, staging, and estate sales. Originally from the Bronx, New York, Holly Fracassi currently lives in Ridgefield, Connecticut and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Purchase College and completed Interior Design studies at Fairfield University. Drawing on her art and design background, Holly helps clients maximize property appeal and navigate life transitions with confidence.
